For Robinhood traders · the stock vs its onchain token
Two prices.
One gap.
Some stocks now trade in two places, at two prices. GAUGE watches both and pings you only when the difference is still worth it after every cost. You decide. Nothing happens unless you tap.

01 · Overview
What GAUGE
does.
THE 30-SECOND VERSION
Some stocks now trade in two places: on Robinhood as the normal share, and on Robinhood Chain as a token that tracks it. Most of the time the two prices match. Sometimes they drift apart.
GAUGE watches both. When the difference is still worth acting on after every cost, it sends you a short-lived prompt. You decide. Nothing happens unless you tap.
The problem
Same stock, two prices
The share and its token don't always agree. Spotting the difference by hand is slow, and most differences vanish once you pay to trade.
What GAUGE does
Filters out the noise
It watches both prices all session, takes every cost off, and only prompts you when something real is left. Never more than three times a day.
What stays with you
Your money, your call
GAUGE never holds your funds and never trades on its own. Start in practice mode with pretend money, and go live only when you want to.

02 · Who it's for
Who it's
for.
Self-directed traders who want a second pair of eyes on onchain prices, without handing over control.
You trade on Robinhood
You already buy and sell stocks yourself, and want to know when the onchain price drifts from the one you see.
You hold stock tokens
You own Robinhood Chain stock tokens and want a heads-up when they trade away from the real share.
You're curious, not reckless
You want to learn how onchain stocks behave in practice mode, before a single real dollar moves.
Practice by default
Paper mode is on until you switch it off.
No custody
Your money never leaves your Robinhood account.
You tap, it doesn't
No order without your confirmation. Ever.

03 · How it works
Watch.
Subtract.
Prompt.
Three steps, all session long. A price difference that disappears once you pay to trade isn't worth your time, so GAUGE never shows it to you.
01 / Watch
Two prices, one stock
GAUGE reads the stock's price on Robinhood and the token's price on Robinhood Chain, converted to one share so they compare like for like.
How the difference is measuredDocs →02 / Subtract
Every cost comes off first
Trading fees, the cost of filling the order and a safety margin come off the difference. What's left is the only number GAUGE trusts.
03 / Prompt
Four checks, then a prompt
Worth it after costs, market open, enough shares on offer, and under your limit of 3 a day. Miss one, and GAUGE tells you which.
04 · The prompt
75 seconds.
Your call.
A prompt (we call it a card) is a suggestion, not an order. You have 75 seconds. When you tap Do it, GAUGE checks both prices again first. If it's no longer worth it, nothing happens.

- Countdown
- 75 seconds, then it's gone. No stale cards waiting in a queue.
- Fresh prices
- Tapping pulls both prices again before anything moves.
- Do it
- The only path to an order is your tap. GAUGE never trades on its own.

Paper mode is practice with pretend money. Live mode is real. Both use the same checks and the same prompt; only what happens after your tap changes.

LiveREAL MONEY
Agentic Account onlyPlaces one order for the stock through Robinhood's official trading connection, only after you confirm. It never also trades the token.
07 · What GAUGE won't do
The token is not
the share.
The token tracks the stock, but it isn't the stock. GAUGE only uses its price as a signal, and it never acts on its own.
Hold your money
Your money stays in your own Robinhood account. GAUGE never takes custody.
Go past 3 a day
The daily limit is a rule, not a suggestion. A fourth prompt never exists.
Trade both sides
Live is one order for the stock. GAUGE never also trades the token.
Trade without your tap
No tap, no order. GAUGE suggests. You decide.
